Hello friends, Aurelia Here

Finally,

It's been a long journey and I think I finally made it home.
I have been doing a lot, seeing a lot and honestly singing my freaking guts out.

I wanted to write some of the experiences I had and the inspirations I have in here. Since I'm not much of a fan of defining myself with words in general, I thought putting some of the songs that inspire me here could be nice. I also thought I can also come back here anytime to see what motivates me through out the years, if I ever feel like having a hard time remembering the path for how it all started.

Ok, so... I'm a singer, and I'd like to call myself a musician who uses her voice as an instrument (even though most singers know this, people sometimes forget that we are also instrumentalists as well; but I may wanna talk about that another time).

Today I wanted to share this one particular song which was introduced to me in one of our world music classes back at school, a few years ago.

The song comes from Hawaii. I don't really have the words to describe it, for the way it makes me feel.

Like, there are songs that may seem easy to sing when you think in terms of technique. But I always thought that one should never trivialize any song just because it seems 'easy' to perform.
And I have seen that kind of attitude from many people over the years.

For some time now, the songs that I'd like to practice are the ones that feel more of a road map for spiritual guidance, I think.

I can't say I'm a spiritual person, per se. But I believe there are times, especially when we sing, that something way more bigger than us comes into action. I don't care whatever you call it. I just like to sing with relation to it.

So without further ado, if you have come this far, I hope you like listening some of the inspos that I have. And hope that it can find a way to sooth your soul, and perhaps give you a bit of a breather in the midst of everyday life bustle.

Thanks for reading and listening this far,
Take care for now.
Peace out,
